January 9 is Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. Twin Valley School District extends gratitude to all law enforcement officers across Twin Valley and the Commonwealth for their dedication and tireless efforts to keep our students, families, staff, and communities safe. Throughout the district, our schools are finding meaningful ways to show appreciation to our local officials. Robeson Elementary Center celebrated National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day by creating drawings, writing letters, and making signs for the Robeson Township Police Department. Officers visited the school to receive these heartfelt expressions of thanks, followed by light refreshments hosted by the REC PTO.

#WellnessWednesday: At Twin Valley Middle School, the 8th Grade Leadership class has been hard at work fostering a sense of connection and community—two key elements of student well-being. As part of their initiative, they created a school-wide paper chain, with students from every grade decorating individual links. These links were then connected, symbolizing the strength and unity of the entire school. This collaborative project helped students develop important wellness skills like teamwork, empathy, and communication. As TVMS Leadership student Amriella Garvey put it, "The chain shows that we are all connected in a positive way."
