Dr. Jill Daloisio has been selected as the finalist for the position of Assistant Superintendent for the Twin Valley School District (TVSD). Dr. Daloisio’s appointment will be effective April 1, 2025, and was approved by the TVSD School Board on Monday, January 13, 2025.

Dr. Daloisio is currently serving as Superintendent for the Sayre Area School District (SASD), a position she has held since July 2019. Prior to her appointment as Superintendent at SASD, Dr. Daloisio served as an Elementary Principal for the Altoona Area School District (AASD) for 14 years. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of education, Dr. Daloisio began her career as a teacher in the Altoona School District. She later transitioned into roles as Instructional Coach and Lead Teacher within the district. Dr. Daloisio then became the K-12 Principal at the Central Pennsylvania Digital Learning Foundation in Duncansville, PA, before returning to Altoona as an Elementary Principal.

The Twin Valley School District is situated between Berks and Chester counties. Seven municipalities in the two counties form the district: Caernarvon Township, Elverson Borough, Honey Brook Borough, Honey Brook Township, New Morgan Borough, Robeson Township, and West Nantmeal Township. The three regional elementary centers, Twin Valley Elementary Center; Honey Brook Elementary Center; and Robeson Elementary Center, accommodate grades K-4. Twin Valley Middle School accommodates grades 5-8, and Twin Valley High School houses grades 9-12, as well as the District Administrative offices. Total district enrollment is approximately 3,000.
