Virtual Board Meeting

Until further notice, the Board of Directors of the Twin Valley School District will conduct an online meeting via remote technology.  The public is invited to participate by viewing the meeting by clicking the link on our main web page as the meeting goes live.

In addition, if the public would like to submit questions and/or comments electronically they may do so by following the procedures below.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and school closures, members of the Board will not meet in person and in-person public attendance at the meeting is not permitted.  (Community members who need Internet access may park in District parking lots to log onto the District’s wireless network.  The Board urges all community members who visit District parking lots to observe CDC recommendations on social distancing and wearing appropriate protective equipment).

Procedures for Public Comment at Virtual Board Meeting

The Board President will recognize each emailed public comment/question during the public comment section of the agenda. Each individual’s emailed comment will be read and/or displayed and is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes. Public comment is not a question and answer period directed to the Board, but a time for the public to submit comments to the Board.
