Twin Valley Girls Lacrosse Coach, Courtney Kaplan, was named a Coach of the Year by the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA)/National Federation of State High School Associations(NFHS)!

The pump issue at Twin Valley Middle School (TVMS) has been resolved. As such, school will be in session at TVMS, along with the rest of our buildings, tomorrow, October 16.

We just received confirmation from our local law enforcement partners that the Danelo Cavalcante search is over and that he is now in police custody. We appreciate everyone’s extra vigilance, collaboration, patience, and flexibility over the past several days as we navigated this situation.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, as well as the heroes who responded to the unimaginable tragedy.  

Dear Twin Valley School District Families, 

We are writing to address a matter of concern that has been at the forefront of our minds since last Thursday - the recent escape of an inmate from Chester County Prison. We want to assure you that the safety and wellbeing of our community is our utmost priority. We are taking all necessary steps to ensure the security of our students and staff.

TVEC would like to recognize our Partners in Education (PIE) parent organization for their hard work putting together great programming for our students!  From supporting field trips, Raider Reach, and gardening to our yearbooks, and TVEC community fundraisers such as RACE for Education, Fall Fest and Spring Fling, these folks diligently volunteer their time to support our staff and students in countless ways.  Many thanks to our PIE Board, event chairpersons, and all of our volunteers for supporting our school community!

The Twin Valley School District (TVSD) School Board and Administration are pleased to share the three newest members of the Alumni Hall of Fame: Mrs. Tammy (Zink) Taylor, Class of 1987; Mr. Daniel Hiltebeitel II, Class of 1996; and Mr. Lance Chappelle, Class of 2010.

The Twin Valley High School Technology Student Association (TSA) competed in the regional competition at Conestoga Valley High School this past weekend and placed in numerous categories! Congratulations to these TSA students!

Twin Valley students attending BCTC recently had the opportunity to train with a representative from NASA HUNCH. Several students also participated in the SkillsUSA District 4 Competition and placed in their respective divisions. Congratulations!

On Friday, November 4, and Saturday, November 5, three Twin Valley High School violin students participated in the Lebanon Valley Honors Orchestra: Julia McKeown, Grade 12; Anelis Morales, Grade 11; and Isabel Richardson, Grade 11.

The Twin Valley Middle School (TVMS) Select Choir Group has spent the last month rehearsing and recording an arrangement of popular country song, “Glad You Exist” by Dan + Shay. The recorded arrangement was featured on WXTU, a Philadelphia-area country radio station.
