Building a Foundation for Learning

The Twin Valley Community Education Foundation is a non-profit community organization created and administered by an independent Board of community volunteers. The Foundation is a flexible link between the community, business and the Twin Valley School District with the goal of channeling private dollars and support into a broad range of programs for residents as well as the students of the greater Twin Valley community.

The Foundation is not part of the Twin Valley School District. However, because it is critical that a mutually cooperative relationship exist between the two organizations, the Superintendent and two School Board members are non-voting members of the Board of Advisors. The Twin Valley Community Education Foundation is affiliated with the Berks County Community Foundation, which provides donor administration services.
