Check to see if the printer is displaying an error code. This will be indicated by a message or flashing light. If there is a message, read it to see what the problem is. Check to see if there is paper in the printer. Power the printer off and then back on. If this does not solve your problem, then submit a help desk request.

| Check the wireless connection icon in the system tray located in the bottom right hand corner of the computer. A lost wireless connection is indicated by a red "X". Limited or no connectivity is indicated by a yellow yield icon containing a "!".
If you see a red "X", right click on the wireless icon located in the bottom right in the system tray, click on “View Available Wireless Networks” and see if you can connect to another wireless access point. If there are no access points in the list, click on “refresh network list” on the top, left side of the window. If nothing shows up in the window, restart the laptop and try these steps again. If there still are no wireless access points showing in the window, please submit a help request including all details.
If you see a yellow icon containing a "!" right click the icon and select repair. If the final message you receive states that the connection could not be repaired, please submit a help desk including all details.
