The course selection process for the 2015-2016 school year has begun. Teachers distributed course selection sheets to 9th through 11th grade students on Monday morning. The 2015-2016 program of studies is posted to the high school website under “quick links”; hard copies are available in the guidance office. Students and their families are encouraged to review these materials as a part of the decision making process for next school year.
As of this evening, online course selection is available through student SchoolBook accounts by clicking on the “course requests” tab. Students are encouraged to choose alternate courses on the course selection sheet, but should only enter “first choice” requests through SchoolBook. Instructions for completing course requests are attached below.
Students who do not wish to complete course selection at home will be afforded an opportunity to so during their 1st period class on Thursday and Friday of next week. All students must turn-in their signed course selection sheet to the guidance office by Friday, March 6th.
On Monday, February 16th, TVHS guidance counselors visited 8th grade math classes to distribute course selection materials for the 2015-2016 school year. All students received a copy of the program of studies along with a pink course selection sheet with a due-date of Friday, March 6th.
The 2015-2016 program of studies is also posted under "Quick Links" on the high school website (above)
