Attention seniors: The senior class payment deadline has been extended. Seniors interested in attending the Six Flags Class Trip on June 5th need to pay their $55.00 to Ms. Witman in 201 by April 23, 2014.
After Spring Break, all yearbook order forms should be given to Ms. Witman in 201. We only order a few books to be sold at school, and they are first come, first serve.
The Annual FFA Capture the Flag Tournament will be held on April 30th. There will be food served after. Please turn in a permission form by April 23rd to participate in this event.
The TWIN VALLEY 5K FUN RUN/WALK 2014 to benefit Twin Valley Students traveling abroad is May 3rd. The registration form is available here: 2014 5K Run Registration Form.pdf
April is National Organ and Tissue Donor Month. To celebrate this important choice we are collecting paper products to support the Gift of Life Family House. This is a home away from home for families whose loved one is recovering from an organ transplant. We are in need of paper towels, Kleenex, packs of napkins, packs of paper cups. Your donation is appreciated.
Student Council will be hosting the 1st Annual Mr. Twin Valley on May 1 at 7:00 PM in the high school auditorium. The senior male contestants will be highlighting their talents, charisma, and spirit at this great event to raise money for the 4Diamonds Foundation, a charity helping children with cancer. Tickets will be $5.00 at the door and there will be snacks for sale and a basket raffle. Please plan on attending to support our students and a worthy cause.
Tickets are going fast for the FFA Night at the Fightin’ Phils! The event will be Friday, May 16th and includes a ticket to the game, seating in the private Weis Market Pavilion, a 2 ½ hour all you can eat buffet, and fireworks after the game. Pick up a permission form in the Ag. Department ASAP!
Alvernia University is offering a free week-long science institute with hands-on educational activities and coursework on Physics, Engineering, Chemistry and Ecology including field trips to Angelica Creek Park, Carpenter Technology and a Science Museum.
