Facility use & Space rental - New Process 
For your convenience, Twin Valley School District has adopted an electronic system for booking and managing rentals of our facilities. Beginning Monday, DEC 11 2017, Twin Valley School District will accept facility and space rental requests via the new system (paper forms will no longer be accepted after DEC 11th, called ML Scheduler, accessible from our website. The new system will be managed by the building's staff as well as the District office administration.

Step 1: Each group requesting usage of our facilities/spaces will need to create a unique user account. Once the account has been created and then approved, the group may begin requesting facility rentals. To create the account, visit our Facility Rental page by clicking the link above then click the large red button to begin setting up your account.

Step 2: Once your account has been approved, you may begin making requests. To do so, simply click the link above to arrive at our Facility Rental page, and click the large green button to begin the request process.

PLEASE NOTE - ALL requests submitted for events occurring after DEC 31 2017, must be resubmitted in the new system, even if you received a prior approval for an event to take place after JAN 1, 2018.
