THE EAGLES ARE COMING!!!
The Philadelphia Eagles are once again coming to Twin Valley Middle School. As most of you know, during the off-season they send out a six-man team to challenge others to a game of hoops. This year they will be playing the mean, lean Gang Green Team which will consist of TV Middle School teachers and two lucky raffle ticket winners! The team will be once again coached by Dr. Bob Pleis. There will also be a ½ hour autograph session with the Eagles after the game. It will be an evening of fun and excitement!!!
Enclosed you will find the following:
1. Game ticket order form – Please complete and return this order for to receive your entry tickets to the game. Anyone who is 3 years of age and older will need a ticket for entry.
2. Raffle Ticket #1 - We are raffling off 2 spots to play on the Twin Valley Gang Green team. The more times you enter, the better your chances! You must be 18 or older to play.
3. Raffle Ticket #2 – We are also raffling off an autographed helmet and football by all the participating Eagles team members. The drawing will be held the night of the game.
Please return all order forms and raffle tickets to your child’s school. PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT ACCEPT CASH on orders submitted through the school. (Check or money order only) Checks are made payable to TVMS PIC.

- Main doors open at 5:00 – Food and beverages will be on sale in the MS cafeteria! Come early and grab a bite!
- Gym doors open at 6:00 – Find your seat and get ready for the game. We will have a DJ – music and excitement!!
- Game starts at 7:00 – LET THE FUN BEGIN!
You can park in the Twin Valley High School parking lot and shuttle transportation will be provided!
NEW THIS YEAR??? Every entry ticket represents a CHANCE TO PLAY TO WIN A 2010 CHEVY COBALT. (sponsored by El-Mor Chevrolet) Upon entry to the gym, you will be given a Chance Ticket in exchange for your Entry Ticket. (You must be 18 years or older to possess the Chance Tickets) We will draw 3 Chance Tickets. Those three adults who possess the Chance Tickets will take designated basketball shots at half-time of the game to try to win the car!!
RULES AND RESTRICTIONS APPLY:
1. Promotion contestants must be selected as follows: Three (3) contestants will be randomly selected from game day registrations/raffle tickets. The selection may not be made sooner than 15 minutes prior to the start of the event on April 17th, 2010. The individual selected CANNOT choose another person to participate on his/her behalf. No one contestant may be selected to participate on more than one occasion.
2. The following classes of people shall be INELIGIBLE to participate:
a. Current or former professional or semi-professional basketball players and coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world.
b. Current or former Olympic basketball players and coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world
c. Current or former collegiate or junior collegiate basketball players and coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world within the past five (5) years.
d. Current of former high school basketball players and coaches who have played or coached at that level anywhere in the world within the past five (5) years.
e. Current or former employees, family members, agents successors, or assignees of the client or any promotional agency involved with this promotion
3. Contestants shall not be permitted any practice, warm-up, or qualifying shots, at anytime after his-her notification of participation in the promotion until the actual prize shots (s)
4. IMPORTANT: Client agrees to secure signatures, UPON NOTIFICATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, on the “CONTESTANT AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE” form fro each and every contestant and provide said forms to SUREBET with proof of claim.
